Hi, I’m Paul and I’m the owner and director of FJ Wedding Car Hire. I grew up in my dad’s HG Holden. We went on many family holidays towing a caravan with it. This is where my passion for Holden started. The FJ was, and has always been, Australia’s much-loved car.  They each have amazing chrome work that people still look at and admire. I hope you enjoy your drive in our cars and hope the team exceeds your expectations for your special day.

Hi, I’m Claire and I’m co-owner of FJ Wedding Car Hire. I am the office lady and admin extraordinaire. I am responsible for all marketing and general duties associated with running a small business such as printing, updating facebook, organising photo shoots, uniforms, communication and all enquiries. At this stage I don’t drive the cars, but I would like to learn at some stage in the future. When you enquire about the cars you will definitely deal with me and I hope to go above and beyond to meet your requests and ensure you have a memorable day with our cars, whatever the occasion may be.

Hi I’m Darren and I’m one of the drivers of these beautifully presented cars . I have grown up around FX and FJ Holden’s my whole life as my father had a few which we took everywhere we went from the time I was 5 years old back in 1975. I absolutely love these cars as they were Australia’s first Holden from the extremely comfortable leather seats to the amazing chrome work and the beautiful curves . My first car when I got my license was a 1964 EH premier which I had for a few years and to this day regretted selling to buy something more modern a big mistake. I now own a 1952 FX Holden of my own which is modified with a sweetly sounding small block Chevrolet V8 which every time we go out my 5 year old son says to me “dad can we take the HOT ROD please!!” (meaning the FX ). These cars turn heads wherever they go and my three kids love the attention and often say everyone is looking at us dad. The cars will complete a very important part of your special day!

Hi I’m Matthew and I’m one of the available drivers. I like the FJ and FX cars available as they truly represent an iconic trip down memory lane of Australian history. These cars were the back bones of Australia and were built to last but also built to maintain their aesthetics such as the chrome and leather in which they have. The cars are comfortable to drive and even more comfortable to ride in with the awesome springy seats. They have the ability to draw everyones attention as they cruise through the streets in style which is exactly as you want when you are attending your special day!
